Each team is guaranteed to play minimum five (5) matches with teams from minimum 2-3 different countries.
To register your team for the tournament, please fill out the online registration form. After submitting the online form your registration will be confirmed within a few days. Your registration will be complete when the registration fee is paid. All information about completition of registration will be sent to your e-mail.
After your registration is confirmed, you will receive an invoice for the registration fee. The registration fee is 30% of the total accommodation cost. The registration fee will be part of the accommodation expenses and it has to be paid within 15 days after the registration.
The deadline for final payment is 10 June, 2023
The first payment (30% of accommodation price) is non-refundable, so if you cancel your participation we cannot give you a refund.
Category A-B-C-D:
Cancellation 15 days before the start of the tournament – 50 % of the full payment will be returned, in case of the total amount was paid by 30 May.
Cancellation 7 days before the start of the tournament – 25 % of the full payment will be returned, in case of the total amount was paid by 30 May.
Cancellation 3 days before the start of the tournament – no refund
Category E:
Cancellation after 1st June – no refund

A volunteer will be waiting for you at the arrival with your team’s name and he/she will take you to the bus.
